We provide a guaranteed 3-hour delivery window. Our team will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm the estimated arrival time.

Returns & Exchange

If you're not satisfied, you can initiate a one-time comfort exchange after a 30-day adjustment period and within 120 days of delivery. A one-time exchange fee applies.

Warranty Claims

All claims are handled through our online portal. You will need photos of the defect, the law tag, and your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
