Returns
Returns are only valid on eligible items in new condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Please note: All sales are final on adjustable bases and mattresses not covered by the 120-Night Sleep Guarantee.
Exchanges
Only new mattresses purchased with a mattress protector and enrolled in the 120-Night Sleep Guarantee are eligible for exchange. This program lets you try your mattress for up to 120 nights before deciding if it’s the right fit. A minimum trial of 30 nights is required before initiating an exchange, allowing time for your body to adjust.
Price Match
We stand behind our Low Price Policy and Price Match Guarantee. If a local competitor advertises an identical item at a lower price, we’ll beat it. We also strive to match online retailer prices, with certain exclusions. Our guarantee does not apply to prices below manufacturer MAPP, free items, clearance models, floor samples, close-outs, promotional discounts, mail-in offers, doorbusters, out-of-stock or discontinued merchandise. Auction sites and closeout retailers are also excluded. We reserve the right to deny any price match that does not meet our policy criteria.
Warranties
All of our mattresses are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty, provided by the brand—not America’s Mattress. Warranty coverage varies based on the product type and protects against manufacturing defects, but not damage from use or normal wear and tear. All mattresses come with a 10-year warranty, ensuring long-term durability and quality. Adjustable bases include a limited 20-year warranty, covering motor components for lasting performance.
