During times like these, quality sleep is more important than ever. America’s Mattress has always maintained stringent health and safety standards in our stores and on our delivery trucks. Staying true to our commitment to help care for you, our friends and neighbors, we’ve implemented thoughtful procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the most pertinent measures are listed below:
We’ve removed pillows from our showroom floors and are providing each customer with a clean, disposable pillow protector to use when selecting a mattress.
All surfaces are being thoroughly disinfected multiple times a day, including door handles, desks, restrooms, and showroom furniture.
Hand sanitizer and access to clean, well-stocked restrooms are available for all of our customers and employees.
Handshakes have been suspended and appropriate social distancing is taking place between employees and customers.
We’ve implemented an additional “No-Touch Delivery” option that a customer can request at the time of sale. “No-Touch Delivery” means we will leave your securely-sealed mattress outside your home in a designated area for you to bring into your home.
Delivery team members are putting on fresh shoe covers and disposable gloves for each home delivery.
Tablets, cell phones, and trucks are being wiped down in between each home delivery with disinfecting wipes.
All mattresses are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Colorado in sealed bags and are transported to the customer’s home in the sealed bag.
Mattresses that are removed from customers’ homes are securely sealed in plastic before being placed on our delivery trucks and are kept separate from new mattresses.
As always, you are welcome to pick up your mattress from our local warehouse and transport it to your home. We are happy to help securely load your mattress into your vehicle for you.
