All Beautyrest mattresses purchased through America’s Mattress include our complimentary White Glove Delivery service. After completing your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. On the scheduled day, you’ll receive a confirmation call with your delivery window. Upon arrival, our delivery team will set up your new mattress, remove your old mattress if applicable, and dispose of all packaging materials.

For items not currently in stock, your order will be made to order. Production times may vary, but most items ship within 2–4 weeks. Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns
Items eligible for return must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery or the in-store purchase date.
