During times like these, quality sleep is more important than ever. America’s Mattress has always maintained stringent health and safety standards in our stores and on our delivery trucks. Staying true to our commitment to help care for you, our friends and neighbors, we’ve implemented thoughtful procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the most pertinent measures are listed below:
Retail Stores
  • We’ve removed pillows from our showroom floors and are providing each customer with a clean, disposable pillow protector to use when selecting a mattress.
  • All surfaces are being thoroughly disinfected multiple times a day, including door handles, desks, restrooms, and showroom furniture.
  • Hand sanitizer and access to clean, well-stocked restrooms are available for all of our customers and employees.
  • Handshakes have been suspended and appropriate social distancing is taking place between employees and customers.
Delivery Services
  • We’ve implemented an additional “No-Touch Delivery” option that a customer can request at the time of sale. “No-Touch Delivery” means we will leave your securely-sealed mattress outside your home in a designated area for you to bring into your home.
  • Delivery team members are putting on fresh shoe covers and disposable gloves for each home delivery.
  • Tablets, cell phones, and trucks are being wiped down in between each home delivery with disinfecting wipes.
  • All mattresses are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Colorado in sealed bags and are transported to the customer’s home in the sealed bag.
  • Mattresses that are removed from customers’ homes are securely sealed in plastic before being placed on our delivery trucks and are kept separate from new mattresses.
  • As always, you are welcome to pick up your mattress from our local warehouse and transport it to your home. We are happy to help securely load your mattress into your vehicle for you.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy


While we stock some of our most popular mattresses for immediate pick-up or delivery many of our beds are specially made for our customers right here in Colorado.  If you arrange for our white glove delivery service you can usually expect delivery in 7 to 10 business days.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


Because it can take up to several weeks for our bodies to adjust to the improved support of a new mattress, we require you to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period before exchanging your mattress.

However, in the event you are not comfortable after the first 30 nights and within 120 nights from original delivery, we will do our best to match you to the correct mattress. To be eligible for a Sleep Guarantee you must buy a mattress protector with your mattress on the original ticket. Your exchange credit may apply to any mattress of equal value. If you exchange for a bed of a lesser value than your original purchase you will not be refunded the difference of the two mattresses. If you exchange for a mattress of greater value than your original mattress your original credit will be applied toward the cost of the new mattress. You may exchange or return your mattress with a delivery fee of $79.99. The Sleep Guarantee begins on the date you take possession of your new mattress and allows for a one-time Sleep Guarantee comfort exchange. The Sleep Guarantee does not restart with the exchange to a different mattress.

Our Sleep Guarantee is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, sheets, and other accessories. In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer’s warranty, America’s Mattress is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that has had its law tag removed (needed to verify purchase/return to factory) stained, soiled, ripped, burned, or otherwise damaged or unsanitary. The Sleep Guarantee does not apply to special order mattresses or California Kings, and is only valid on Beautyrests Black/Platinum/Silvers/Hybrids, iComfort, America’s Mattress Private Label, and Serta Perfect Sleeper. Valid only for person named on invoice.

All Other Items – All items except mattresses and adjustable bases must be in new condition and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. You may return an unopened item within 30 days of delivery. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATION SALES ARE FINAL. ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. If you discover a defect or other problem with your adjustable foundation, you must call the dedicated customer service number supplied with the foundation. A team of specialists will attempt to resolve your issue or arrange a service call.

Manufacturer Warranty and Returns

Manufacturer Warranty: All of our mattresses are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty, not by America’s Mattress, and each warranty process can vary based off the brand and product type. What does a Manufacturer Warranty cover?: Warranties protect your purchase from defects in manufacturing, not from damage caused by use or normal wear and tear. You can find specific details on what is and isn’t covered on your manufacturer’s warranty card. Serta Manufacturer Warranty: Simmons Manufacturer Warranty: RETURNS: Bedding related products (including, but not limited to: mattresses, pillows, mattress pads, sheets, care kits, and bed frames) are not returnable once they have been used, or removed from the original package. Adjustable Bases are not returnable. Unused or unopened products have a 30 day return policy. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Price Match Guarantee

We will price match any mattress from a local competitor. Competitor sales/promotions/specials do not apply.

Product selection and prices will vary from store to store. This website is maintained both by the local stores and, to some extent, by their vendors (including Serta International).
