If delivery is added to your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date when your items are available. On delivery day, our team will set up your new mattress, remove your old one (if purchased), and dispose of all packaging materials.
For items not currently in stock, your order will be made to order, with production times typically ranging from 2–4 weeks. Please note, we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.Items eligible for return must be in new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
