All of our mattresses are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty, provided by the brand—not America’s Mattress. Warranty coverage varies based on the product type and protects against manufacturing defects, but not damage from use or normal wear and tear. All mattresses come with a 10-year warranty, ensuring long-term durability and quality. Adjustable bases include a limited 20-year warranty, covering motor components for lasting performance. Only new mattresses purchased with a mattress protector on the same invoice are eligible for exchange under our 120‑Night Sleep Guarantee. We require a minimum trial period of 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust before an exchange can be requested. Exchanges may be made anytime between 30 and 120 nights from the date of delivery.
If you choose a replacement mattress of lesser value, no refund or credit is issued. If the replacement costs more, you simply pay the difference. The original purchase price is applied toward the current price of the new mattress, and no additional discounts may be used.
A $249 return processing fee applies to all exchanges and includes local delivery; additional delivery charges may apply for addresses more than 25 miles from our Fort Collins location. All exchanges are final, and once an exchange is completed, the 120‑Night Sleep Guarantee is considered fulfilled for the original purchase. The guarantee is valid only for the individual listed on the invoice.
The 120-Night Guarantee does not apply to warranty exchanges, clearance items, floor models, California King, Split California King or any Split-Head sizes, special orders, adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, protectors, or accessories. Mattresses must be clean, undamaged, and have the law tag attached. We cannot accept or pick up mattresses that are stained, soiled, infested, or otherwise unsanitary, and we reserve the right to decline pickup in such cases.
Returns are only valid on eligible items in new condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Please note: All sales are final on adjustable bases and mattresses not covered by the 120-Night Sleep Guarantee.
We stand behind our Low Price Policy and Price Match Guarantee. If a local competitor advertises an identical item at a lower price, we’ll beat it. We also strive to match online retailer prices, with certain exclusions. Our guarantee does not apply to prices below manufacturer MAPP, free items, clearance models, floor samples, close-outs, promotional discounts, mail-in offers, doorbusters, out-of-stock or discontinued merchandise. Auction sites and closeout retailers are also excluded. We reserve the right to deny any price match that does not meet our policy criteria.
